This 1930'3-1950's Fairbanks-Morse floor scale features a large dial and a sleek, streamlined body.

Condition: Very Good Condition. Glass lens, dial and gauge in excellent condition. Weight beams and body of scale in very good condition. Weight Plate is missing - cannot test functionality without it.

History: In 1824, the E & T Fairbanks & Company was formed in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. In 1927, E & T Fairbanks became the Fairbanks-Morse Company in New York. Between 1927-1958, the Fairbanks-Morse company produced not only scales but diesel engines, electric engines and pumps for industrial use.
