Description
This solid pine door is set in an oak jamb that measures 33 5/8" wide x 81 1/2" tall. The door, measuring 31 7/8"(W) x 79 3/4"(H), has 5 raised panels. Both sides of the door are painted with a faux wood finish. The jamb has a lovely stained natural finish. The original set of black porcelain knobs, hinges with ball finials, and Eastlake style door plates are included with this unit.
Condition: Good condition with scuffs, scratches and wear consistent with the age of the piece.
History: This door was salvaged from a circa 1894 addition to a Queen Anne style dairy farm house built in the mid-1800's in Barnesville, Ohio. This house and items from it are featured on Season 10, Episode 6, of the DIY Network show, "Salvage Dawgs".
