Square cupola with copper roof and weathervane. This cupola has sturdy wooden construction and is painted off-white. Each side of this cupola has a louvered panel. The majority of the protective screen backing behind the louvered panels has detached and will need to be reapplied to prevent pests from entering. The standing-seam copper-clad, steep-slope roof has gained a beautiful green patina due to exposure to the elements.

The weathervane mounted atop this cupola consists of two brass colored spheres below a cast-metal feathered arrow, and stands 40 inches high. A ball finial sits atop the highest point of the weathervane.

This cupola currently stands atop 4 structural wooden beams (multiple 2x4s fastened together) which protrude 3 feet from the lowest piece of trim. The skirt below the trim will need to be replaced, as material was lost upon removal. The height of the cupola without the weathervane and current base is 14.3 feet. Dims of weathervane are 40"H x 42"W x 8"D. This cupola was salvaged from the roof of a department store in Kannapolis, North Carolina and will be featured on season nine, episode six of the DIY Network series "Salvage Dawgs".
