Two Crosby AA pressure gauges on a metal panel. Under the plaque that reads "Town Steam Line Pilot", is a 1 lb subdiv. gauge that measures up to 100 psi. Below the second plaque that reads "Town Steam Line", is a 2 lb subdiv. gauge that measures up to 160 psi. These gauges have steel bodies with glass lenses. This gauge was salvaged from a 7000 square-foot steam power plant, built in 1985, in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Prior to the 1970's, this plant provided heat and electricity for various hotels, cottages as well as the small commercial area in the town. This plant will be restored and converted to a pub and brewery. The Pinehurst steam plant is featured in season 8, episode 3 of the DiY Network show "Salvage Dawgs".
