Oak display counter with 4 sliding doors, 4 glass shelves, and wavy glass manufactured by Alexander H. Revell & Company of Chicago. The front and sides of the counter have a pink granite skirt. Egg and dart molding runs around the perimeter of the piece, just below the countertop.
The glass shelves measure just under half the width of the cabinet and are supported by cast-iron brackets with decorative foliage relief patterns. One sliding door does not have glass. The glass countertop is also missing. This cabinet will need to be made sturdier as many components are loose or shaky.
This counter was salvaged from a historic gas station and general store in Grottoes, Virginia, as seen in Season 9, Episode 9, of the DIY Network show, "Salvage Dawgs".
