Chandelier with Lanterns, Vintage Commercial, 23" Diameter

We don't know where this chandelier came from, but like to imagine it started out in a hotel lounge or maybe a nautical themed restaurant. This vintage beauty will most likely need new wiring.
The ring is 23" diameter and the "lanterns" extend 8.5" out from that. The crown holding the chains to the bottom of each lantern is 27" long.
