This double-sided desk, salvaged from a bank lobby, is composed of heavy-duty particle board with a red faux wood veneer finish. The center of the desk has a beautiful 30"(L) x 56"(W), 1" thick, black granite top with 3 cutouts, 2 measuring 9 3/8"(L) x 19"(W) and 3 3/4" deep are situated at each side of the table. These openings contain 3 plexiglass dividers, used to separate forms, and are covered by thick pieces of beveled glass. An additional 3 3/4"(L) x 9"(W) cutout is present in the center of the unit, likely once housing a deposit box. "D"-shaped planters are present on the outer ends of this desk, sitting 6" above the granite top. Unfortunately, one of the planters' top "D"-shaped trim pieces is broken, see picture, more available upon request. The exterior of the planters measure 33 1/4"(L) x 22"(W) x 42"(H), with the interior measuring 27"(L) x 16"(W) and 16" deep. The planters are lined with a non-removable composite material and do not have drain holes. This desk is in good condition with exception of the upper trim of one of the planters, only minor cosmetic flawing such as chipping, scuffing, and scratching to the base and glass. This piece was salvaged from a bank located in the Boulevard at the Cap Center shopping center in Largo, Maryland. This bank and items from it are featured on Season 10, Episode 13, of the Diy Network show, "Salvage Dawgs". Weight: 489 lbs. Item Measurements: 97.5(L) x 33.5(W) x 42(H) As seen on Season 10, Episode 13.
