Also known as First National Bank, or the People's Federal Building, this building opened in 1910. At the time, it was the most technologically advanced building of the area, boasting state-of-the-art plumbing, heating, and an electric elevator. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. This building and items from it are featured on Season 11, Episode 10, of the DIY Network show, Salvage Dawgs.
