Stainless Steel Sink w Storage/ Ice Chest, Tiny House, Bar or Food Truck 66"



This kitchen or bar unit provides a stainless steel sink, counter prep surface and ice bin unit in a compact, 66" wide unit! It was manufactured by the John Van Range Company and includes a square stainless sink to the left of a roomy, 23" deep ice bin with a sturdy lid. When the ice bin is not open, the unit provides a 44" countertop/prep station!
Details: The sink basin measures 24"(L) x 22 1/4"(W) x 10"(H), the ice bin interior measures 19 3/4"(L) x 35 1/4"(W) x 23 1/4"(H) with a single drain hole. The ice bin has a heavy 1 1/8" thick stainless lid.

Condition: Good, sturdy condition. Ice lid is missing handle, which will need replacement. The sink has parts of a faucet that will also need replacing. The back-left leg under the sink is missing and may need replacement.

History: This unit was salvaged from Cascades Inn in Healing Springs, Virginia. This historic inn was comprised of a hotel built in 1850, with various renovations taking place in the early 1900's, and a motel built around the 1950's. During the civil war, the hotel was used as a hospital for sick soldiers. The Inn was also used as a storage location for various fixtures such as furniture and plumbing from the nearby Homestead resort. The Cascades Inn and items from it are featured on Season 11, Episode 10, of the DIY Network show, "Salvage Dawgs".
