Description
Condition: This door is in good salvaged condition showing scuffing, scratches, dents and dings throughout. Multiple very small holes and nicks in the paint are present towards the bottom right of the face, possibly from darts, with larger circular dents present above, possibly from a hammer.

History: This door was salvaged from the historic Fire Station No. 1 in Downtown Roanoke, Virginia. This station was one of the longest continually operating in Virginia; in use from 1907, until 2007, when a replacement facility was opened. This firehouse and items from it are featured on Season 11, Episode 11, of the DIY Network show, "Salvage Dawgs".
