Description

This Cambridge Ceramic Fireplace tile was salvaged from a circa 1902 Queen Anne Victorian house in Timberville, Virginia, known locally as the John Hoover House. Each 6" x 1.5" tile features soft green and pale pink colors against an off-white background.
The tiles measure 6" x 1 1/2 x 1/2" thick. The back is stamped with the manufacturer "Cambridge".

Condition: Very good. Minor edge chips, small pitting, and mortar residue may be present as expected with tile over 100 years of age!

History: This tile was salvaged from a circa 1902 Queen Anne Victorian house in Timberville, Virginia, known locally as the John Hoover House. The house and items from it are featured on Season 10, Episode 11, of the DIY Network show, "Salvage Dawgs".
