Description
This is a section of the blower fan housing from a John Deere 6500 Forage Blower. It features the vivid John Deere green and yellow color scheme. This could be repurposed as a colorful, decorative wall element, tabletop or bar back focal point!
Condition: Solid metal plate with vibrant color scheme and legible print. Surface will show scuffs, scratches, weld burns and patina as expected with age and use.
History: According to the Prairie Agricultural Machinery Institute, the John Deere 6500 was manufactured in 1979 and "very good in clover, alfalfa and corn blowing". [PAMI Evaluation Report, 1979, Report 123]. This piece was salvaged from a local collector.
