Description
This large, colorful sign was salvaged from the "Geyser Gulch" attraction, a 5-story water tower fun house in the Silver Dollar City amusement park near Branson, Missouri. The 12-foot sign reads, "Mothers' Nursing Station and Restrooms" in bold font with a bright, cheerful color scheme. It once spanned a gateway, welcoming visitors to the family comfort station within the attraction. This interesting, salvaged piece could be used in a nursery, family practice or anywhere you need a pop of color and fun!
Salvage History: In 2015, the "Geyser Gulch" water park was disassembled to make room for the new "Fireman's Landing" attraction. Our salvage crew featured this job on the DIY Network show "Salvage Dawgs", Season 4, Episode 1.
Condition: Good condition for age and use. Minor surface scuffs as expected with age. Colors show little fading. Very minor, vertical wood separation at the midpoint of the sign, likely due to wood age, causing slight drying over time (shown in photographs).
