"Apple Crate" Oak Table Top, 94.5 x 38.5

This beautiful oak tabletop was skillfully crafted in our shop, utilizing a mix of red and white oak salvaged from apple crates once used by a local cider orchard. Wear, imperfections, and notches have been left along the edges and ends of the top to showcase and preserve the rustic character of the salvaged wood. The distinctive gray and black coloration results from the tannins of the oak being expressed naturally through weathering, aided by the juice from the apples once stored in these crates.

This top is finished with a warm satin lacquer polyurethane, ensuring a smooth and durable surface. All voids have been filled with epoxy resin.
