Why DIY when we've already don it? We cleaned this glorious wire spool reel payoff/carrier up a little and sprayed it with a satin polyurethane finish. We topped it with sturdy 3/8" tempered glass with eased edges to make this stunning coffee table. The base of this piece is a #900 barrow reel assembly manufactured by Oshkosh Tools for use in the power transmission industry. It is made of oak and metal.
Total Weight: 110 lbs. The base and the glass top both weigh 55 lb each.
