Nautical Foundry Pattern, 24" x 36", Vintage, Industrial Art

This authentic foundry pattern was salvaged from a closed foundry in Parkersburg, West Virginia. It measures 2 feet x 3 feet and features the detailed, 3-dimensional form of the object it was designed to cast.

This mold is made of a primarily wood with metal details. It was salvaged from a foundry that made parts for American industrial giants like Goodyear Tire, General Motors and The Baltimore and Ohio Railroad.
A great conversation piece! The back is flat and the piece can easily be hung with a cleat.

Condition: Very good for age and use. Surface shows expected scuffs, scratches and paint loss.

Salvage History: This pattern was salvaged from a closed foundry in Parkersburg, West Virginia. The items from this pick are featured in season 7, episode 13 of the DIY network show "Salvage Dawgs".
