Description
This vintage, 15 drawer file cabinet was salvaged from the Norfolk and Southern East End Rail Yard Shops in Roanoke, Virginia prior to decommissioning. The 3-tier, stacked cabinet was made by Hamilton Manufacturing Company. It features 15 drawers, each drawer has 23 slots to hold rolled files.
The interior of each drawer measures 45.5" x 36.6" and has 23 slots that vary from 1.75" and 1.875" wide. Condition: This cabinet is in fair condition as expected with age, showing surface scuffs, dents, and dings throughout. Surface rust and spotting is present in some areas mostly along the edges and seams of the piece. The protective fabric covers in each drawer have been cut.
