The original cast iron base with cutout feet adds industrial charm and structural integrity.

Condition: Original handles present and intact. The porcelain enamel has wear consistent with its age and use years ago. Part of one of the cast iron burners has broken off. It would definitely benefit from a good cleaning. This item has not been tested and is not guaranteed to function.

History: This range was manufactured by the American Stove Company. The company began production of the Magic Chef line in 1929. The Magic Chef name was so successful as an oven and stove brand that American Stove Company changed its name to Magic Chef, Inc. in 1951.
