Description
Partial hollow angled terracotta corner block with an oak leaf rosette and beveled faces. Used in a 140° corner of a bay window, this block has one 4" x 8" face (with rosette), and a 4 ½" x 8" rectangular face. Between the two, a ½" wide bead runs through the groove created by the bevels.
Condition and finish may vary slightly per piece, though most are in excellent shape. The base finish is beige with varying levels of red accent.
History: Salvaged from a circa 1885 Italianate style house in Barnesville, Ohio, this block, along with other items from the house, are featured on Season 10, Episode 5, of the DIY Network show, "Salvage Dawgs".
