Description

This beautiful terracotta wall block was salvaged from a circa 1885 Italianate style house in Ohio. The hollow, square terracotta block has a simple 8" square face with beveled edges. It is 3 ½" deep. The face projects just below ½" from the sides. The color of the brick is a classic, stone color with subtle red accent tones.

Condition: Good salvaged condition. Some surface scuffs, scrapes and chips as expected with age and use. Some mortar residue may be present on sides of bricks. Each brick is slightly unique regarding the level of red accent.

History: The bricks were salvaged from a circa 1885 Italianate style house in Barnesville, Ohio. The job was featured on Season 10, Episode 5, of the DIY Network show, "Salvage Dawgs".
