Electrified C & O Railway Switch Lamp, Handlan Mfg Co

Railroad switch lantern manufactured by Handlan Mfg. Co. of St. louis for Chesapeake and Ohio Railway (C&O RY). This lantern, complete with two blue-green and two red Fresnel lenses, has been converted from oil to electric and is in functional condition.

Good condition with exception of one of the blue-green lenses, which has multiple chips as shown in the photos. The retainer on one of the red lenses is bent (also shown in the photos). The finish of the housing has minor scratches and scuffs in areas.
