You can't get more Black Dog Salvage than this piece! We took a damaged flat file cabinet once used by the Norfolk Western Railroad Company and combined the lower two drawers for deeper storage then added an open shelf in the back. We then refinished a solid cherry butcher block top with mineral oil to be used as a food prep surface. We welded up a base that uses a massive antique air register cover for the shelf and voila!
An absolutely one of a kind kitchen island for you to enjoy!
