This stunning reproduction was meticulously crafted to match the stained leaded glass arched transom from the doorway of Lulu White’s famed Storyville brothel, Mahogany Hall, in New Orleans. Measuring 50” wide, it captures the elegance and historic charm of the original with intricate detailing and vibrant glasswork, making it a perfect statement piece for vintage-inspired interiors or period restorations. 50"Wide x 26"Tall

Mahogany Hall was a notorious brothel in the New Orleans' red-light district, Storyville. It was the most lavish of the brothels and parlors operated by Lulu White, an important businesswoman in the district. Calling herself the “Diamond Queen,” Lulu White and the address of her bordello at 235 Basin Street are shown in the design of the window in brilliant, ruby red cabochon beads.

Condition: Beautiful, glossy stained glass with deep color and brilliant reflective art glass. A few fractured pieces of glass along lower border, the green piece of glass next to "E" has a hairline fracture. The panel has slight, easily fixable, bow as expected with age. The window has an arched, wooden frame.
