Beechcraft Airplane Empennage, Horizontal Stabilizer Wing, 97"

This horizontal stabilizer was salvaged from the empennage, or tail section, of a vintage Beechcraft airplane. The stabilizer wing is composed of a framework of rigs and stringers with a riveted, aluminum alloy skin. The wing features a striking, black marking along the lead edge of the 97" long body. A stabilizer usually includes a hinged elevator to control lift; however, this part has been removed.

Condition: Very good condition for age and use. The finish shows wear as expected with wind shear, weather and debris in the stratosphere! Surface scuffs, dents and dings. Parts not certified or expected to be in compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements (§ 102-33.360).
