Description
Wooden craftsman style corbel bracket with chipped blue-gray paint salvaged from the former location of a tire shop and warehouse in Roanoke, VA. This circa 1910 building was initially the home of Exchange Lumber Company until 1941.
Condition varies per piece. Most are in good salvaged condition, showing signs of weathering and wear from exposure to the elements over a very long period. Most are missing a significant portion of the trim/molding that would have run along the top edges of the bracket. Paint loss is present throughout each corbel. The wood has decayed in areas, mostly along the unfinished top and back of the corbels.
